Diana Romano, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Truth Initiative since January 2022, Diana previously held positions at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where roles included Senior Associate and various associate titles in Talent Management and Development from January 2019 to January 2022. Diana's earlier career includes significant contributions at USO as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant from June 2015 to January 2019, and at City Year as an Americorps Member, where key responsibilities involved educational support and community service leadership. Additional experience includes positions as a Program Assistant at National VOAD, an intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters, and a marketing intern at CID Entertainment. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from James Madison University.
