Kaylie Ngai, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Benefits Associate at Truth Initiative since August 2019. Previously, Kaylie worked as an HR Coordinator at Glenstone Museum, where responsibilities included managing HR content, overseeing benefit programs, and coordinating recruitment efforts to significantly expand the organization. Kaylie has also held roles as an HR Associate and HR Administrative Assistant at Maxtena, Inc., and gained foundational experience as a Paralegal at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Kaylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
