Ryan Desrosiers has a diverse work experience in grants and contracts management. Ryan worked as the Director of Sponsored Grants & Contracts Management at Truth Initiative from January 2014 to present. Ryan also served as an Independent Consultant in Sponsored Grants & Contracts Management from June 2022 to April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Grant and Budget Manager at the International Life Sciences Institute Research Foundation from July 2012 to January 2014. Ryan also worked as the Grant Proposal & Award Administrator at Boston College from November 2008 to June 2012 and as a Grants Management Specialist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from July 2006 to November 2008.
Ryan Desrosiers attended Beverly High School from 1996 to 2000. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Ryan successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2004, graduating with Cum Laude honors. Ryan furthered their education by enrolling in the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2009 and 2012.
