Max Showalter

Max Showalter currently serves as the Head of Growth at Try Your Best (TYB) since February 2025. Prior to this role, Max held various positions at Darkroom, including Senior Director and Director of Growth Strategy from July 2023 to February 2025. Max co-founded Glou Beauty, leading as Head of Growth from September 2022 to October 2023. Other notable positions include Senior Marketing Manager at RedCircle Inc (September 2020 - August 2022), Vice Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council at USA Diving (June 2020 - June 2022), Influencer Marketing Manager at AspireIQ (June 2019 - September 2020), and Sales & Marketing Manager roles at Nordstrom and Ulta Beauty. Max is an alumnus of Purdue University.
