Jesper Bæk Overgaard

Jesper Bæk Overgaard is an accomplished professional with over 16 years of experience in data management and advanced analytics, primarily within the telecommunications and banking sectors. Currently, Jesper serves as the Head of Data & Analytics at Tryg and is a member of the Data Ethical Council for the Danish government. Previous roles include leadership positions in data and business intelligence at Nuuday and TDC Group, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing data warehouse operations, predictive analytics, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Earlier career experience includes strategic consultant roles at Danske Bank, focusing on customer profitability and segmentation, along with extensive experience in football refereeing at the premier level in Denmark. Jesper holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Aarhus University and has completed various leadership and strategy courses at Copenhagen Business School and IMD.
