Louise Bruun-Christensen

Louise Bruun-Christensen is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, customer experience, and management consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Tryg since September 2022, Louise oversees building claims operations. Prior to this role, Louise was the Head of Customer Experience at Topdanmark, where responsibilities included aligning customer journeys and managing teams in marketing. Louise also held the position of Head of Operational Excellence at Ørsted, leading a support team for B2C customer service. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Management Consultant at Valcon, where focus was on process optimization and change management, and a marketing officer at CPH Management Consulting Club.
