Since co-founding The Starr Conspiracy in October 2006, Dan has served as Partner and COO, focusing on enterprise software and services marketing. Prior to this, Dan was a Partner at Starr Tincup, where operational management was a key responsibility. Dan's earlier career includes roles at Hungry Hustler Records and Universal Music Group, where expertise in A&R was developed. Dan earned a degree in Biology/Chemistry, Philosophy, and Spanish from Southwestern University, completing studies between 1990 and 1995.
