Xiaoxi Shi

Xiaoxi Shi is an accomplished professional in the fields of design and education, currently serving on the Judging Committee Jury for the GOOD DESIGN AWARD since June 2019, with notable contributions as a curator for "GOOD DESIGN SELECT" in 2023. Additionally, Xiaoxi is a lecturer at both the Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology. As Creative Director at MFSM and a partner at 2-LA Design, Xiaoxi is involved in design promotion and product development. Other roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at Tsinghua X-lab and co-founder of JS shoe, a brand specializing in 3D knitted products. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Industrial Designer at Microsoft and Nokia, where notable achievements included leading design initiatives for the Nokia Lumia series and developing key products for emerging markets. Xiaoxi holds a BA in industrial design from Tsinghua University.
