Scott began their career at Apex Systems as a Technical Recruiter and was promoted to Professional Recruiter and Senior Professional Recruiter. In 2011, they joined Princeton Information as a Senior Technical Recruiter and was promoted to Team Lead. In 2016, they moved to AETEA Information Technology as the Director of Recruiting. In 2019, they joined Hired by Matrix, Inc as a Senior Recruiting Lead/Account Manager and is currently in the same role at TSR Consulting Services, Inc.
