Tsukuba Bank, Ltd. is a Japan-based regional bank, principally engaged in the provision of financial services, with a focus on banking services. The Bank operates in three business segments. The Banking segment provides banking services, including deposit, financing, domestic exchange and foreign exchange, among others. The Credit Guarantee and Credit Contract segment involves the assurance of personal loans, research and evaluation of real estate collaterals. The Others segment is engaged in the cash arrangement and system contract business, as well as credit guarantee business. As of March 31, 2013, the Bank had four consolidated subsidiaries. On July 1, 2014, it merged with one of its subsidiaries, engaged in credit card, loan and credit guarantee business.
