Xiaohong Quan

Xiaohong (Iris) Quan is a Partner at TSVC since May 2017 and has served as a Professor of Entrepreneurship at San Jose State University's Lucas College and Graduate School of Business since August 2007. Previously, Quan was an IEEE TEMS Board Member from January 2017 to December 2019 and a visiting research fellow at the National University of Singapore from October 2006 to August 2007. Additional experience includes a research fellowship at Stanford University from September 2005 to October 2006 and an internship at NTT DoCoMo in 2003. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Regional Economic Development from the University of California, Berkeley, a research fellowship in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Stanford University, and a B.S. and M.E. in Urban Planning and Regional Economics from Peking University.
