Stephen Harrow

Stephen Harrow is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leading financial management and strategic projects within various sectors. At TT Electronics plc since May 2013, Stephen has served as Finance Director for Strategic Projects, overseeing significant initiatives such as a £26 million manufacturing revenue transfer from China to Malaysia and Mexico, an inventory reduction project of £23 million, and the company-wide Project Dynamo aimed at enhancing efficiency and innovation. Previous roles include Group Financial Controller at TP Group plc, where Stephen managed financial reporting and participated actively in PLC board meetings, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where expertise in global IFRS audits and M&A activities was demonstrated. Stephen's academic background includes a Master’s in Physics from the University of Oxford and an ACA qualification from ICAEW.
