Jeff Kerfeld has over 20 years of experience in client success and training within the technology sector. Since December 2003, Jeff has served as a Client Success Manager at TTEC Digital, where responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction and fostering successful partnerships. Prior to TTEC Digital, Jeff worked as a Training Specialist at Spanlink Communications from 1997 to 2003, focusing on developing training programs. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, earned between 1984 and 1989.
