Malena Simmons

Malena Simmons, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Manager and People & Culture Business Advisor at TTEC Digital since April 2024. Previously, Malena held the position of Senior Talent Advisor at TTEC Digital from September 2019 to November 2023. Prior to that, Malena spent seven years at GLG, where roles included Team Lead & Coach, Manager of Global Recruitment and Client Services Strategist, and LATAM Associate, contributing significantly to the establishment of the GLG Expert Network in Latin America. Malena's career began at Alliance Abroad Group, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of the J-1 Work & Travel Program and Account Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio across multiple continents. Malena holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
