Josh Erlandson

Josh Erlandson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at TTEC since March 2021, Josh advises on various legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across multiple sectors, including healthcare, IT, and financial services, while focusing on privacy regulations such as GLBA, HIPAA, and GDPR. Prior to this role, Josh was Senior Counsel at Northern Natural Gas, providing legal guidance on federal regulations and managing agreements and regulatory filings. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Counsel at StrategicHealthSolutions, where responsibilities included supporting the Chief Legal Counsel on contracts and regulatory analysis, as well as a Contract Management Specialist and Law Clerk position at Brouillette, Dugan & Troshynski, PC, LLO.
