Traci Nelson

Traci Nelson serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at TTI, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company, since January 2000, where leadership is provided for all aspects of the Human Resources organization supporting over 2,000 associates across more than 35 states in the U.S. Prior to this role, Traci held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cadmus Communications from January 1995 to December 1999, focusing on staffing, leadership consultation, associate relations, performance management, and training for a Printing Production Facility. Traci began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Manager/Sr. Benefits Analyst at Republic Financial Services from January 1990 to December 1995. Traci Nelson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of North Texas.
