Tom Van Ongeval is an experienced test leader and managing partner at The Test Leaders since April 2003, overseeing operations and the development of a risk-based test strategy platform called Norizzk. Tom has held significant roles such as Test Manager at ING Belgium, where responsibilities included testing integrations for Finance & Credit risk, and Test Director at NATO Communications and Information Agency, managing the testing of a new datacenter. Prior experience includes roles at Bringme and EUROCONTROL, where Tom developed test strategies and coached agile teams. Tom contributed to the growth of the testing department at Euroclear and led testing initiatives at Manpower. Tom holds a Master's degree in Nuclear Physics from KU Leuven, along with additional qualifications in Informatics.
