Josh Yaskoff

Josh Yaskoff has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Josh is currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering at TTM Technologies since October 2023. Before that, they worked at LA Semiconductor as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager from October 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at ON Semiconductor from September 2019 to October 2022. Josh also has experience as a Value Stream Leader at Pall Corporation from November 2014 to September 2019 and as a Process Engineering Manager at Imerys from July 2013 to November 2014.

In their earlier career, Josh worked at SolarWorld as a Cell Process Engineering Manager from October 2011 to June 2013 and as a Cell Operational Quality Manager from September 2009 to March 2012. Josh was also an Engineering Manager at SUMCO from October 2005 to September 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Process Engineer at AstroPower from May 1999 to 2003 and at Lanxide Corporation from September 1994 to May 1999.

Josh Yaskoff has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Josh also holds an Associate's degree in Materials Engineering from Hocking College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Leadership and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute, both in the year 2023.
