Julie S. England

Julie England possesses extensive experience in board governance and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for ERCOT since January 2022, Julie has also held positions at TTM Technologies as an Independent Member of the Board and Nomination & Corporate Governance Committee Chair since 2016. Additional board roles include Independent Member of the Board for McMillen Jacobs Associates and Member of the Supervisory Board for SMARTRAC N.V. Julie's earlier contributions include board positions at the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, Checkpoint Systems, and Intelleflex, along with a significant role as VP/GM at Texas Instruments. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University.
