David Navratil

David Navratil began their work experience in 2005 as the Head of Maintenance Department at the German Airforce. David was responsible for leading a group of technical employees and managing the storage of technical equipment. In 2014, they joined HATLAPA Marine Equipment as the Quality Assurance Manager for Newbuilding Deck Machinery. Later that same year, they joined MacGregor as a Contract Manager. Over the years, they held various positions at MacGregor, including Deputy Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, and Sales Development Manager. Currently, they serve as the Sales Director at MacGregor.

David Navratil's education history includes the following:

- In 2014, they obtained a Master Professional of Technical Management (CCI) degree in General Management and Business Administration from Hamburg.

- From 2013 to 2014, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Hamburg, specializing in implementing, performing, interpreting, and applying Lean Six Sigma.

- Between 2011 and 2014, they completed a State Certified Aircraft Engineer program at Hamburg, focusing on Aircraft Engineering and Quality Management.
