Kudzi Chikumbu

Kudzi Chikumbu currently serves as the Vice President of Creator Partnerships at Tubi, a position held since August 2025. As the Founder & CEO of Sir Candle Man since April 2018, Kudzi has established a successful entrepreneurial venture. Kudzi also provides advisory services as a VC Advisor & Scout at Powerhouse Capital and a VC Advisor at Progression, both roles active since late 2021. Additionally, Kudzi is part of the Executive Committee for the Interactive Media Group at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and has contributed to The Advanced Imaging Society as a Board of Governors member since April 2022. Notable previous experience includes leading global creator marketing for TikTok from August 2016 to July 2024, with prior roles in the U.S. creator community and partnerships. Kudzi's educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and finance and accounting degrees from the University of Cape Town.
