Liesbeth Asselman

Liesbeth Asselman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Partner at Effectis since October 2022, providing tailored HR support for various companies. Since October 2017, Liesbeth has also worked as a freelance HR consultant for LABB services, specializing in payroll, HR policies, recruitment, on-offboarding, and talent management for small and medium-sized enterprises in retail. Additionally, Liesbeth has been a Talent & Development Officer at TUC RAIL since July 2008, managing HR processes such as performance management, onboarding, and learning & development initiatives. Previously, Liesbeth held the role of Recruitment Officer, overseeing the entire recruitment process.
