Souhila Elouad

Souhila Elouad is a Construction Contracts Manager at TUC RAIL since November 2022, previously serving as an Ingénieur travaux at Eurovia from March 2020 to November 2022. Souhila completed a Post-Master program at Ichec Brussels Management School from May 2019 to June 2020 and holds a Master 2 degree in Civil Engineering from Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen. With experience in various engineering roles, including Ingénieur méthodes and Ingénieur bureau d’études at STARR TLEMCEN, and a background in quality control and project management, Souhila has contributed to significant projects such as the feasibility study for the tramway in Tlemcen. Additionally, teaching experience at Université de Mostaganem includes courses in road design and urban planning.
