Rustam Sengupta is the Founder and CEO of Tuktu Care Inc., a technology platform dedicated to connecting mature adults with community members for on-demand services. With extensive experience in cleantech and sustainable development, Rustam currently serves as a Board Member for EarthON Foundation USA, where strategic mentorship is provided to support marginalized communities. Previous roles include Director and Investment Lead at Sustainable Development Technology Canada, Executive in Residence at Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre, and Senior Associate Expert at Endeva. Rustam has also held academic positions, including Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia and Associate Director at the Johns Hopkins University. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine, and a Chevening Fellowship from the University of Oxford.

Tuktu is a technology platform that matches seniors with part-time non-formal helpers in their community, to give them a helping hand with demanding everyday tasks and companionship for leisure activities. Our goal is to provide seniors with a support platform, so they can get the help they need to age in their own homes and lead a fulfilling life for as long as possible. We believe that what will go a long way in supporting seniors is building a community around them that cares for them and can provide them with companionship.
