Deanna R.

Deanna R. is a Senior Product Designer at Tulip since January 2022, specializing in enhancing Clienteling and Checkout Apps for sales associates across over 40 countries. Previously, as a UX Lead at Manulife from August 2016 to January 2022, Deanna led the redesign of the Group Benefits app and established reusable design patterns for Manulife Canada apps. Earlier experience includes a role as a Mobile UX Designer, where Deanna conducted comprehensive research and design for retirement and benefits applications, achieving a significant increase in app ratings. Deanna also participated as a panelist at the BLND Design & Business Conference in 2021 and interned at Canadian Tire Corporation, focusing on IoT mobile app design. Deanna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Global Business and Digital Arts from the University of Waterloo.
