Nancy Carter is currently the VP of Finance at Tulsa Regional Chamber, where Nancy oversees finances for multiple fundraising projects. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as a Director at SEG, managing financial operations for a non-profit organization with a net worth of over $40 million. Nancy also has experience as a Manager at Williams Company, overseeing financial activities for a refinery in Memphis, Tenn. Nancy started their career as a Senior Accountant at Oxy, managing accounting functions for various systems. Nancy holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
