TUM Finance and Accounting Selected Talents (TUMfast) is a scholarship for outstanding students of the TUM School of Management interested in finance, accounting, and controlling. 

Each semester, we select the best students from a large number of applications in order to encourage and support them on their way to a successful career start. 

In addition to sharpening the profile of our scholarship holders by providing them with soft skills and in-depth expertise in finance and accounting, we emphasize bringing our members into contact with exciting companies at an early stage. We do this through exclusive workshops, lectures, and fireside evenings in cooperation with our partner companies. 

In addition to the possibility of establishing contact between students and companies, these events focus on providing orientation when deciding on the further focus of studies and choosing an individually eligible career entry. 

Another high priority is networking among TUMfast students. For this purpose, in addition to the events already mentioned, informal meetings are held several times a semester to get to know each other and exchange ideas.

TUMfast was launched in 2010 by the Dean of the TUM School of Management and full professor of the Chair of Management Accounting, Prof. Dr. Gunther Friedl. Responsibility for the content and management of the program lies with the research associates Yanis Gamarra and Maximilian Blaschke.
