Martin Zarian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand strategy, design, and business transformation. As a co-founder and brand strategist at Factory 39 since December 2018, Martin has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction. In February 2023, Martin became a business transformation strategist at WAM, assisting organizations in successful transitions. Additionally, Martin co-founded Balabook in January 2024, a platform aimed at revolutionizing accounting for SMEs through automation and real-time financial management. Martin has also served as a temporary workshop leader at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies and a co-founder and design director at Anyscript Ltd. Notable past roles include brand consultant at Naked Ideas® and art director at MusicArts. Martin holds a diploma in advertising graphics from Scuola Internazioniale di grafica and a maestro d'arte in print art from Istituto Statale D'Arte Venezia.

The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a free after-school program that gives teens the skills and tools necessary to succeed in a modern digital world. The TUMO program includes 14 learning targets such as animation, web design, robotics, 3D modeling, game development and filmmaking. Currently, there are four TUMO centers in Armenia — Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri and Stepanakert — and two international centers in Paris, France and Beirut, Lebanon. More TUMO centers are on the way in Koghb, Masis and other locations in Armenia and abroad.
