Nelly Isakhanyan's work experience includes being the Head of Procurement at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Procurement Director at "ՀայՓոստ ԿՀՈ" (HayPost CJSC Official) from May 2012 to February 2023. Nelly also held various roles at "Armenia" International Airports" CJSC, such as Senior Procurement Specialist, Procurement Specialist, and Translator/interpreter. Additionally, they worked as an Import/Export Coordinator at Converse Bank CJSC and HayPost CJSC from November 2009 to May 2012. Nelly Isakhanyan, MPA, completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the RA Public Administration Academy from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Linguistics from Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In 2000, Nelly briefly attended Belmont High School in Massachusetts, USA, focusing on English, Human Rights, and Civil Society.

The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a free after-school program that gives teens the skills and tools necessary to succeed in a modern digital world. The TUMO program includes 14 learning targets such as animation, web design, robotics, 3D modeling, game development and filmmaking. Currently, there are four TUMO centers in Armenia — Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri and Stepanakert — and two international centers in Paris, France and Beirut, Lebanon. More TUMO centers are on the way in Koghb, Masis and other locations in Armenia and abroad.
