Pegor Papazian has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pegor served as the Chief Development Officer at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies from 2009. In 2013, they founded Bazillion Beings and held the role of Founder until 2019. Additionally, they were a Board Member at Wikimedia Armenia from 2015 to 2018 and a Board Member at Armenian State Pedagogical University from 2011 to 2017. Pegor also served as the Director of Development at "Armenia" International Airports" CJSC from 2011 to 2012 and as the CEO at the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia from 2009 to 2011. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Head of Project Development at USAID from 2005 to 2008, as the VP of Strategy and Product Development at Prosum from 2000 to 2005, as the Director of Development at Education for Development from 1997 to 1999, and as a Partner at Design Technologies Consulting from 1991 to 1997.
Pegor Papazian earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the American University of Beirut in 1982-1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1989-1991. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1996-1997.

The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a free after-school program that gives teens the skills and tools necessary to succeed in a modern digital world. The TUMO program includes 14 learning targets such as animation, web design, robotics, 3D modeling, game development and filmmaking. Currently, there are four TUMO centers in Armenia — Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri and Stepanakert — and two international centers in Paris, France and Beirut, Lebanon. More TUMO centers are on the way in Koghb, Masis and other locations in Armenia and abroad.
