Ken Vilaysane is an experienced technical delivery manager with a robust background in product management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Technical Delivery Manager at Tuned Global, Ken's prior role as Product Manager at YepAI involved the successful launch of an AI chatbot to enhance lead generation and customer service. At BuildPartner Technology, Ken was the first product hire and led the product and marketing roadmap for a B2B SaaS estimation tool. Previous positions include Scrum Master at Equinix EMEA and National Australia Bank, where responsibilities encompassed managing agile teams and improving user experiences across various platforms. With early experience as Project Coordinator at Prebuilt, Ken has a solid foundation in project management across commercial and residential construction sectors. Ken holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne and completed an exchange program at McGill University.
