Michelle Woody, CHDT, currently serves as a Training Content Specialist at Tupelo Honey since March 2022, focusing on the design and development of training materials to ensure simplicity and functionality in the restaurant environment. Prior to this, Michelle held positions at Earth Fare, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant CM & Grocery Coordinator to Center Store Analyst Wellness, leading strategic category initiatives and managing cost and profit analytics. Additionally, Michelle was the Lead Interior Designer and Project Manager at Allard & Roberts Interior Design, overseeing client consultations, design direction, and project management. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Psychology from Appalachian State University and also studied at the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
