Stephan Thelen began their work experience in 1996 as a Productmanager at Hans TURCK GmbH & Co. KG. Stephan then progressed to become the Branch Manager from 1999 to 2003. Stephan joined Turck Romania in 2003 as a Manager and worked there until 2015. In 2011, they joined Turck Türkiye as a Manager, where they stayed until 2014. In 2015, Thelen joined Turck as a Sales Manager Germany North, a role they held until 2017 when they became the Director Sales Germany. Their most recent role at Turck is the Director Sales Eastern Europe, which they started in 2022.
Stephan Thelen pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their time at Emil-Fischer-Gymnasium Euskirchen from 1978 to 1987. Following this, they attended RWTH Aachen University between 1988 and 1995, where they obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specifically a Dipl.-Ing. degree. Subsequently, in 1991 and 1992, they enrolled in Eindhoven University of Technology for further studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, although the specific degree earned during this period is not mentioned.
