Steve and Shelley Turk and their team at Turk Hospitality Group own and operate Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, located in Highland, New York, SplashDown Beach Waterpark in Fishkill, New York, and are in development of Wildberry Lodge, a brand new Napa-style destination in New Paltz, New York. Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an all-inclusive family destination, will be celebrating its 65th anniversary over Memorial Day Weekend 2023. The Ranch has consistently earned the prestigious Three Diamond Rating, in addition to local accolades for the property’s award winning landscape and facility design. TripAdvisor has regularly rated Rocking Horse within the top ten for all-inclusive resorts in America.
 
Rocking Horse and SplashDown Beach have been recognized by the Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress as two regional tourism destinations that bring hundreds of thousands of visitors to the Hudson Valley annually. The Turk’s purchased Splash Down Park in 2004, renamed it SplashDown Beach, and immediately added the Monster Wave Pool and Humunga Halfpipe Tube Ride. After their first season of ownership, SplashDown Beach earned the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation’s Newcomer Business Award. Heading into their 13th season of operation, Steve and Shelley have invested over $20 million in new rides, attractions, and facilities.
