Mert Vural has extensive experience in mobile network operations and infrastructure planning, currently serving as Lead Mobile Network Operations & Infrastructure Planning Engineer at Turkcell since December 2016, following a role as Senior Expert in Mobile Network Operations & Deployment Engineer and Subcontractor Management.
