Robert Stacey

Robert Stacey has extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, with over two decades at Turner & Townsend. As Head of NEOM UK, Robert leads a comprehensive suite of services supporting the NEOM giga programme. Previous roles include Director on the Infrastructure Board, Head of Delivery for UK Infrastructure, and Head of Major Programmes for UK Infrastructure, where Robert was instrumental in driving service excellence and continuous improvement. Robert has also worked on significant projects such as Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5 and The Shard, and held leadership positions in the Middle East, enhancing the infrastructure business. Robert began a career in quantity surveying after earning a BSc (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University, also studying at Oxford Brookes University.
