Turning Point - Compassionate Treatment for Alcoholism and Drug Dependency We are a nonprofit organization that has guided alcoholics and those addicted to drugs along the path to recovery since 1975. Turning Point’s first substance abuse treatment program—a 10-bed residential program for men—began in March 1975. Since then, we have treated over 40,000 clients and have grown to offer a range of services for adults who are struggling with addiction. We provide exceptional treatment for clients with complex combinations of substance abuse and co-occurring mental illness. A critical reason for our success and that of our clients has been the high caliber of the individuals who become our employees. We seek out candidates with the best experience and highest qualifications for each open position, from clinical to administrative. Accreditation CARF, which stands for Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, is the federal agency that ensures the highest possible standards among agencies that offer rehabilitation services.
