Turning Point of Central California, Inc.
Richard grew up in southern California. He served four years in the U. S. Navy. He earned a BA degree from Western Colorado University and a Masters's Degree from Concordia. He and his wife Kaye have been married for 48 years. Richard retired from Visalia Unified, where he served as a history teacher and a high school counselor. He has been a member of the Turning Point Board of Directors for over 25 years.
