Jade Birkin

Jade Birkin is a seasoned communications and marketing professional currently serving as the Communications and Marketing Officer at Turning Point Scotland since February 2022. Additionally, Jade hosts events for SpeedDater and previously worked as a Brand Ambassador for Matchmaker UK. A dedicated advocate for dementia awareness, Jade has been a Dementia Friend with Dementia Friends Scotland since 2016. Earlier career experiences include roles as Marketing and Project Coordinator at Taylor Clarke, Research and Enterprise Coordinator at the University of the West of Scotland, and MSc Programme Secretary at The University of Edinburgh. Jade has also held positions in sales and membership management at David Lloyd Leisure and as a Sales Account Manager at Benefit Cosmetics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of the West of Scotland and an HND in Acting and Performance from James Watt College.
