David Markus

David Markus is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in credit and event-driven investments. Currently, David serves as a Partner at Turning Rock Partners since January 2016. Prior to this role, David was a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group, overseeing a portfolio of over $700 million, and was instrumental in significant transactions including a secondary loan purchase related to a bankrupt Icelandic bank. David co-founded and managed investment firms such as Vorás Capital and Boone Capital, achieving notable investment returns and growth in assets under management. Earlier career positions included co-founding Delaware Street Capital and serving as a Senior Analyst at Amroc Investments and Salomon Brothers.
