Matt Johnson is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as General Manager at YBR Casino & Sports Book and The Lake House at Sylvan Beach with Oneida Nation Enterprises since February 2020, Matt previously held the position of General Manager at Apex Entertainment Corporate, where responsibilities included directing the redesign and construction of a 55,000-square-foot facility and exceeding budget targets. Prior experience includes leading operations at TGI Fridays, achieving high brand standards, and contributing to strategic planning as Area Operations Manager at Dave & Buster's. Matt also has a background as an Operations Consultant at ProCon Hospitality Consulting, where expertise in operational analysis and training program development enhanced profitability for distressed businesses, and as a General Manager at Ruby Tuesday, overseeing a $4 million annual sales restaurant. Matt holds a degree from Le Moyne College.
