AJ Pattison began their work experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Trinity College in 2005. They then went on to work as a Doctoral Candidate (Research and Teaching) at Dartmouth College, where they developed mechanical testing devices, constructed computational models, and conducted human studies. In 2013, AJ became a Health Systems Engineering Fellow at the Department of Veterans Affairs, working on quality improvement projects and redesigning systems. From 2014 to 2022, AJ worked at Siris Medical, starting as a Technical Consultant and moving up to become a Director of Engineering and later the VP of Product Engineering. Currently, AJ is the Vice President of Product & Engineering at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, responsible for leading product design and implementation in the oncology department.
AJ Pattison has a PhD in Engineering Sciences with a focus in Biomedical Engineering from Dartmouth College. They also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification in 2010.
