Spencer has been working within the enterprise software space for the past decade, both as a go-to-market leader for Fortune 1000 businesses, and as an investor in the bootstrapped SaaS world. Prior to joining Turn/River, Spencer led Corporate Development for vertically-focused SaaS M&A at ASG, a Bay Area software company. Spencer is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy and a certification in Engineering Leadership.
