Matthew Mascioli is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in motor control and firmware development. Currently serving as a Senior Motor Control Firmware Engineer at Turntide Technologies since December 2020, Matthew focuses on developing highly efficient motor systems through a model-based design workflow utilizing Matlab/Simulink. Prior roles include Motor Control Firmware Engineer at BorgWarner Inc., where Matthew contributed to traction motor applications for hybrid and electric vehicles, and Firmware Design Engineer at CUI Inc., where Matthew designed ARM-based microprocessor control systems. Matthew’s foundational experience includes applications engineering at Infineon Technologies, where Matthew led validation for power delivery systems, and research assistant roles at Queen's University, culminating in a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering.
