Jodie Capozucca, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Manager of People Partners at Turo since May 2023, where leadership of the People Partner team focuses on global scalability. Prior to this role, Jodie held positions as Senior People Business Partner and Sr People Operations Business Partner at Peek from November 2021 to May 2023, supporting HR functions in a rapidly growing tech startup. Jodie's extensive experience also includes serving as Sr HR Business Partner at Legacy Insurance Services, Inc. from December 2014 to October 2021, and Senior HR Manager at The Advertising Checking Bureau, Inc. from April 2004 to November 2014, where management of HR operations and employee relations was emphasized. Jodie began a career in HR as HR Manager at Future Tech, guiding the establishment of comprehensive HR programs from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Jodie holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Travel & Tourism from Suffolk County Community College.
