Micah Marmorstein

Micah Marmorstein is a Senior Bioprocess Engineer at TurtleTree, leading fermentation activities for dairy proteins through precision fermentation since November 2022. Previously, Marmorstein served as a Fermentation Scientist at TurtleTree, focusing on optimizing fermentation processes for bioactive milk proteins. At EVERY™, Marmorstein held the role of Process Engineer II, managing pilot scale upstream development and tech-transfer communications, alongside experience as a Process Associate II. Earlier in the career, roles included Fermentation Associate at Bolt Threads, where Marmorstein operated bioreactors and designed process development experiments, and experience as a Process Science Intern at Boehringer Ingelheim and a Bioprocess Intern at Marrone Bio Innovations. Marmorstein holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
