Chereece Warner is an Integrity and Reliability Engineer at ExxonMobil Production Company in Anchorage, Alaska. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tuskegee University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. While at Tuskegee, she served as the Chapter President of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) for 2 years.
She joined the ExxonMobil in Houston, Texas as a Facilities Engineer for several offshore production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. Over the last 8 years, Chereece matriculated through the company's Operations-Technical group and most recently led development of equipment maintenance and inspection programs for a new facility on the north slope of Alaska. She moved to Alaska in February 2014 as the company re-established operation in the state. She led a team of 8 to steward effective implementation of these programs for 13 equipment classes in preparation for facility start-up.
Chereece currently works in one of the most profitable joint-venture operations for which ExxonMobil is the largest working interest owner. She is leading the cross-functional teams in the operating organization to become more efficient in risk-based equipment performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and in deploying mitigations.
She is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
For the last 5 years, she has proudly served on the Board of Trustees for her alma mater.
