Holger Offermanns has extensive work experience in digital learning and media. Holger started their career as the Owner CEO of Zone 2 Media GmbH in 2001 and later became the Owner CEO of Zone 2 Connect GmbH in 2007. In 2015, they joined TÜV Rheinland Group as the Fachbereichsleiter Medien und Systeme, and later became the Head of Digital Learning. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Global Head of Digital Learning at TÜV Rheinland Group.
Holger Offermanns attended Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Medientechnik. Their achievements during this period include obtaining an "Ing" degree.
