Sridharan MK is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at TVS Electronics since 2018. Previously, Sridharan held the position of Lead - Human Resources at Tata Teleservices Ltd, overseeing the AMMS function for Tamil Nadu and Kerala from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, a role as HR Manager at Karaikal Port Private Ltd involved strategic HR partnership. Early career experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for The Ascott Group and JHC Ltd, focusing on talent acquisition, management, and employee performance. Sridharan holds a PGC in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Loyola College, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Annamalai University.
