Throughout the years, Srinivasan K. has held various roles including Head of Service Delivery, Sr. Business Manager, Regional Manager, and Program Manager, prominently managing warranty management services across North India and implementing cellphone service support nationwide. Additionally, Srinivasan K. has managed service delivery and partner management operations for the Delhi NCR and UP regions. Educational qualifications include a PGCBM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Delhi College of Engineering.
